Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from HighFiveHive. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at highfivehive@carellc.live, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
