Waistline Weaver Tea

Sale price$26.50

This loose leaf tea features a blend of three potent herbs:

  • Bay Leaves: Traditionally used to aid digestion and may help reduce bloating.
  • Cinnamon: Known for its ability to help regulate blood sugar, which can contribute to reduced cravings and better appetite control.
  • Oregano: Contains compounds that may support healthy digestion and metabolism. This tea is designed to be a supportive part of a healthy lifestyle and weight management plan.

A flavorful and aromatic blend of bay leaves, cinnamon, and oregano, designed to support a healthy lifestyle and complement your weight loss efforts. This tea is not a magic bullet, but it can be a delicious and beneficial addition to a balanced diet and exercise routine. Consult with your healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes.

Brewing Instructions (Single Serving - 8oz cup):

  1. Boil Water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. For best results, use water that is around 200-212°F (93-100°C). You can let boiling water sit for a minute or two to cool slightly.
  2. Measure Tea: Use approximately 1-1.5 teaspoons of the loose leaf tea blend per 8 ounces (240ml) of water. Adjust the amount to your preference for stronger or weaker tea. If using a tea bag or pre-portioned amount, follow the package instructions.
  3. Infuse:
    • Loose Leaf (in a teapot with a strainer or in-cup infuser): Place the tea leaves in your teapot or infuser. Pour the hot water over the leaves.
    • Tea Ball/Infuser Basket: Place the measured tea leaves inside the tea ball or infuser basket. Place the infuser in your mug and pour the hot water over it.
  4. Steep: Cover the teapot or mug and let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes. For a stronger flavor and potentially more extraction of beneficial compounds, you can steep for up to 10 minutes. Be aware that longer steeping times can sometimes result in a slightly more bitter taste, especially with herbs like oregano.
  5. Remove Tea: Remove the tea infuser/tea ball or strain the loose leaves from the teapot.
  6. Enjoy: Serve hot. You can add a touch of honey or lemon if desired, but it's best to taste the tea on its own first to appreciate its natural flavor. Avoid adding milk, as it can interfere with the absorption of some beneficial compounds.
